FREE Shipping Australia Wide For Orders Over $99! (After Any Discounts Are Applied). 

For Orders Under $99 We Offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping.

We use Australia Post eParcel Service. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday - Friday AEST, and your item is in stock, we will ship from our warehouse on the same day. 


WA PLEASE READ:

Western Australia is not in an Express Delivery Zone. If you live outside of Perth CBD, Express Shipping to WA normally takes between 2-4 days. 

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to track your order when BJS has shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. 

Signing For Delivery Of Your Order

Your order will require a signature. If you will not be home to sign for your order, please select "Authority to Leave" when you checkout in the shopping cart. Your order can then be delivered without a signature. If you do not select "Authority to Leave" and no one is available to sign when your delivery arrives, a calling card will be left.

If You Are Not At Home To Sign For Your Delivery

If you will not be home to sign for your delivery, please select "Authority to Leave" in the shopping cart. Your order can then be delivered without requiring a signature. If you do not select Authority to Leave, For Australia Post eParcel consignments you will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Retail outlet. 

Changing Your Shipping Address

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the BJS Workwear warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 02 49644766 or email [email protected]  if you wish to change your shipping address stating your order number.


Public Holidays

We do not ship orders on NSW Public Holidays.


Returns & Exchanges 

At BJS workwear can return your purchase for an exchange, full refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase. Your items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Original Condition

Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (including, but is not limited to, deodorant or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the item. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding the original shipping cost. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order (excluding the shipping cost). We also reserve the right to request the return of any free gift that may have been included with the original purchase or deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your goods we recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. We also offer store credit which can be applied to your account. Please let us know this when you call.

Faulty Products

IF your item has a fault, please send it back to us with the Return Form filled out and the goods will be assessed. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer, which could extend the time of the refund. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping cost, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process.
