These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW Australia, and this clause is not designed to limit or exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). These include the right to insist the goods you buy accurately match their product description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality.

These terms and conditions prevail over any sperate terms put forward by you or on behalf of you by another party. Any conditions you communicate at any time, whether in writing, by email or orally, are expressly waived and excluded.

Pricing and GST

All prices on the website are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Pricing is based on RRP as set by suppliers and the market and sales pricing is based on savings from regular price.

All prices are subject to change at any time.

Website pricing is indictive only and may be different to our retail store pricing.

Order Acceptance

Acting reasonably, we may refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time. Your receipt or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell.

We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. We also reserve the right at any time, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.

BJS Workwear also reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment via the payment gateway selected or you make payment using unauthorised payment details; if the provided personal details are invalid: or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity.

Additionally, we also reserve the right to cancel the order if the product/s have become unavailable or if, for any reason, we do not believe we can successfully complete the order.

Acceptance of goods

Upon receipt of an order, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods and ensure they are free from fault, damage or defect.

In the event your order is damaged or faulty you must notify us within 5 days.

Returns or exchange

BJS Workwear may offer refunds on items returned within 30 days.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with swing tags still attached.

Exceptions do apply and orders from certain suppliers may be subject to restocking fees as outline in our Returns and Exchange policy

 

Account Suspension and Termination

BJS Workwear reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you if you are found to be in breech or any of our terms and conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will no longer be able to access the website.

If you have any active orders at the time of a suspension for termination these will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Disclaimer and Liability

Every effort has been made to ensure the information shown on the website is true and correct however BJS Workwear make no warranty as to the accuracy of the products displayed and/ or sold and all products are sold on an “as is” basis.

BJS Workwear does not warrant that the functions within the website will be uninterrupted or free from error or that the website of server available is free from viruses or other harmful elements.

BJS Workwear is not liable for any losses or damaged caused by the web site or any website linked to this website.
