How to Use

1. Soak the towel in clean water of any temperature.
2. Wring out excess water until damp.
3. Wave the towel for approximately 10 seconds to activate cooling.
4. Place around the neck or other warm areas of the body for cooling relief.
5. Re-wave every 15–20 minutes to refresh the cooling effect and re-wet as required.

Care Instructions

• Rinse or wash before first use.
• Machine wash with mild detergent.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Store damp in its packaging after use; avoid folding the towel when completely dry.
